It should be no surprise to anyone that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away. Part of our yearly preparation for Santa Clause's eventual Christmas visit is to make a fresh batch of frosted sugar cookies. That has been a Heather & Chloe tradition and my contribution generally is to help decorate the already baked cookies with them. They always make the frosting from scratch and Chloe loves to dye the white frosting various colors. This year we ended up with some new cookie cutters in the form of some Harry Potter related items. We do have a few of the traditional stars and snowmen but this year joining them will be an Owl, a "snitch" and a "sorting hat". All things I am not that familiar with as I have mentioned previously, LOL.
Just a few snaps from this weeks events. Lots more shopping and other stressful Christmas related events remain as well as a visit to Santa are still on the schedule of things to do. Have a great weekend, folks~
