Another week of Summer coming to a close and I'd say it was very much more of the same. LOL. BOWLING, BOWLING, and MORE BOWLING with a side of swimming here and there. Chloe actually bowled her highest game the other day at a 144. I only beat her by 1 point. I know kids are fast learners but, dang.
This week I was admiring our garden and it's ability to finally(and for whatever reason) support life and growth of vegetables. I told my dad that our Tomatoes were growing taller than Chloe. Chloe, of course, disagreed with me so not being one to let anything go..you can see for yourself who was right. =) I'm excited to finally have some nice Tomatoes growing but there is apparently a bully in the garden. Has anyone ever grown cucumbers before? This thing has literally taken over my backyard forget about the garden. It has sprawled out in every direction and in some weird self aware way it has sprouted dozens of little stringy-fingers that have attached itself to anything it can hold on to. WILD.
Just like my garden this year, Chloe is growing like a dang weed. Someone please make it stop. LOL. Have a great weekend, folks~
