New year, new Chloe?
If you have seen Chloe in the last week then maybe you have seen her NEW glasses! The title may be a little misleading because contrary to what it sort of sounds like, her old glasses were not broken. It came time to update Chloe's prescription and get her some new(unscratched) lenses but when we went to Costco to see what it might cost, we spent a few minutes browsing frames and Chloe IMMEDIATELY found some she liked. Fast forward a few weeks instead of just returning to get new lenses in her old frames, we just decided to let her update her frames as well. They are a slightly different shape and a noticeably different color (although in the photos they don't show true to color for some reason) and like the last ones do leave a little room to grow but they should last her a while if they need to. Having to wear glasses as a kid can kind of suck so hopefully having some freedom of style and expression will allow her to keep a positive outlook(or should I say continue to have a positive outlook). =)
Just a few clicks in my favorite old place on the floor. It took some coaxing as Chloe was not really interested in me taking these photos but it wasn't long before she was back to her old silly self hamming it up. Cut from the same cloth, we are. ;-)
