Sunday was Father's day. Wednesday Chloe had a dentist appointment. 2 days this week we went bowling(and I bowled what might be the best game of my life). Today(Friday) we are in the car on the way to Oregon for a planned vacation that includes 2 stops and many, many hours in the car. Any questions? LOL.
But seriously, it was a busy week as we prepared for our trip that after weeks and months of seeing it way off in the distance on my calendar, has finally arrived. Keeping things exciting for Chloe and I during the week has been a fun challenge and so far we have been having a great time. It's pretty neat that Chloe is still at an age where she can just have a fun time just hanging out with her dad although it still does make me a bit sad that she doesn't have more kid's her age to play with on a regular basis. For now I am just happy to know that we are having a good summer break so far. There is a long way to go but I also know it will be over in a flash so we are trying to enjoy it while it lasts.
