Since we have had Penny we haven't had to take her to get groomed or a haircut but I have had to break out some scissors on occasion and trim some of the long hair around her back legs and tail. Last week, I went to give Penny a little trim and ended up giving her a new "summer dew". LOL. At first Chloe was like OOOHH I DON'T LIKE IT! and she definitely looked really weird. Turns out she has a ton of spots on her back that are never really seen when her hair is long. Now that I have been looking at it for a week as weird as it sounds I almost forget what she looked like before, lol. It remains to be seen if this is going to be her new "look" or if this is just a summer cut but it actually works out since it has been really hot.
Aside from that, a little progress update on the garden which has been producing Strawberries(with many about to be ready soon) we should have some tomatoes soon as well as maybe some carrots. The sunflowers are getting tall and the pumpkins are..not progressing as quickly as maybe we would have hoped. The watermelons are just starting to flower so perhaps it won't be long before they start becoming little actual melons. Not to bad. =)
Just a few pics as usual. Have a great weekend, folks~
