8 Months - Sept 10

So on Wednesday it was the 8th which marks Chloe's 8 month birthday. I think I told Heather during month 6 I didn't feel like Chloe had changed that much but to discuss it further and to look back at her pictures, I couldn't be more wrong. Same goes for month 7. She learns things every day at an alarming rate and we think she may have gone through a growth spurt as she definitely seems longer and many outfits that fit her before are getting to small. She's been eating up a storm with things like (pureed) bananas, green beans, sweet potato, peaches, etc. She's been pooping up and equally disgusting storm as well which is..well disgusting. =0 The days of the non smelly diaper are long since over.
So, on to some pics from this week. We busted out a little ride/push car thing my Aunt Michelle got for Chloe around the time when she was born and we thought she might start being able to play with it. She's definitely not big enough to use it unsupervised but she really likes it! Thanks Aunt Michelle =)

Look What I Can (hair) Do! - Sept 3

Chloe is almost 8 months old. LOL. Unbelievable. Our friends just found out they will be having a little girl next year who will be almost exactly 1 year apart from Chloe. It's trippy to think back like it really wasn't all that long ago when Chloe wasn't here yet and we were going through all the same things they are about to go through. It's amazing how quickly it goes by when it's not you. I feel like Heather's pregnancy took FOREVER and here our friends are already at the half way point and it seems like she just found out she was preggo. Exciting times. =)
Chloe, has begun to sprout like a leaf. It's like her brain kicked into high gear or something. All at once instead of chucking her bottle on the ground she actually holds it in her mouth. She is also able to spin it around put it back in if she loses grip. It's amazing to watch her work something out. She looooooves to flip the light switch next to the changing pad. She rolls over in half a second flat and she loves to babble all sorts of nonsense. Her hair also seems to have doubled in length the last week or two. Blink your eyes, you might miss it. Pretty busy week again but an impromptu photo shoot turned into some pictures that I really love of our little miss. Enjoy~

I'm Hiding - Aug 27

So first off, shout out to my mom AKA "Gramma Sue" as today is her birthday. Happy birthday mom! Hope you have a great day doing whatever it is you guys are gonna do. Just a few pics this week and I might come back and post some more when I have a few minutes to finish editing etc. This week we saw the resurgence of Chloe rolling over again. She doesn't have much interest to roll herself from her back to her stomach, but she likes to roll from her stomach to her back. It's pretty funny. She's deep into the "I see it I want it" stage and even if she can't reach it, she REALLY WANTS IT. Gotta watch what you put within her reach for sure as she'll snatch it and most likely put it right into her mouth, lol. Happy Friday~

Smiles For Miles - Aug 20

Been a pretty busy week for all but still managed to snap a few. Chloe was not feeling herself last weekend but has pretty much returned to her normal smiley self as the week draws to a close. Her latest thing she's been doing lately is a new sound she seems to enjoy.... "BAAA BAAAA BAAAA BAAAAAA" it's hilarious. =) Here's some pics. Thanks for stopping by~

Still Daddy's Little Girl - Aug 13

Well I suppose first I'll say happy birthday to Ali. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Your birthday lands on a Friday this year so your gift from me is..um..pictures of Chloe? Eh well. Hope you have a good one. =) Chloe's 7 month birthday was on Sunday and to celebrate we..well we went to Togos for lunch and Chloe slept through it. TA-DA! Birthdays get better kiddo. Trust me lol.

Another week, some more pictures. Chloe has been on a roll with what I guess you would call solid foods although they are pretty much pureed mush. Rice cereal turned into oatmeal cereal which turned into applesauce then pears. Bananas was next but we opted to jump over and hit up sweet potatoes. Chloe has...um...not pooped in like 5 days so we're trying not to push our luck. It's not gonna be pretty. That's it for now, here are some pics from this week. Enjoy~

Almost 7 Months - Aug 6

Yes folks, she's not always smiles and giggles...but she's still pretty darn cute even when she shoots you a look like this. =)
We're just a few days shy of having ourselves a 7 month old Chloe and in many ways it doesn't feel like it. It seems like the last few months have flown by and we think to ourselves that she hasn't changed that much until we pull out an outfit that used to be to big for her and suddenly it no longer fits. This weeks pics are a tribute and a good-bye to this particular "I Heart Daddy" onesie. You may remember a picture of her wearing this onesie when she was just a week or three old...well not this EXACT onesie but Carters does make pretty much everything they sell in every size. As we move into month 7 we retire a few more outfits..this being one of them.
