Open The House! - Apr 5

I'm catching up on stuff from last week after a very busy week this...week. I said the word week a lot there. COOL.
So last week in addition to Chloe doing a wild field trip (that I posted last week) she also had her classroom open house. This apparently happened a bit earlier than it has in years past however with this week being their spring break, I guess they decided to get it out of the way and let the last few weeks of school happen without conflicting dates of events with other schools, or something. I might be wrong. Either way holy smokes there are only a few more weeks of school left this year! We are at the beginning of April now and school will end at the end of May. EEK.
Anyway, we finally got to tour the classroom and see all the stuff they have been working on most of the year. Chloe has 2 teachers this year however only one of them was there that night but the kids seem to have really enjoyed having the 2 teacher experience. The room was full of artwork and writings etc that all the kids have worked on. We got to see Chloe's (current) desk and a lot of projects she has completed as well. We are proud that Chloe has been able to excel at all the material this year from reading to writing to math and hopefully she will continue to excel and enjoy school like she does now. =)

So here are just a few photos of the classroom and some things we got to see. 3rd grade is on the home stretch and summer is just around the corner. I'm wearing shorts from here on out.
