Well, another milestone has been reached. 9 months (to the DAY) later, our little Chloe is...well not so little anymore. I was talking to Heather the other day and we both were remembering some of our friends kids when they were 9 months old and neither of us can believe Chloe is now at that age. The number one question we keep getting asked: "Is she crawling yet??". No. No she's not. =) But pretty soon she will be and then we're screwed lol. She's been getting into position and she's able to rotate herself around in a circle but she hasn't put it all together to move forwards. She's fascinated with particular things that I think will be her motivation to crawl. One of those things strangely is our TV remote. The other? The cat. She has become crazy strong now being able to twist and reach for anything she lays her eyes on and she will grab my shirt and pull herself up to get to whatever it is I have.
I don't have a photo of it but her top teeth are starting to poke through and she has been chomping her bottom teeth together so she can hear/feel them..it's creepy lol. I was telling Heather in a few of these pictures all of the sudden I feel she has really changed in her appearance. Speaking of, last week I took her to Stanford to have another follow up appointment to check out her little spot and they have assured us that everything looks great. Slowly but surely, it's on the way out. Unfortunately, on it's way out still means many months (or possibly a few years) it will be all but gone. Luckily, as she grows everywhere else it simply becomes less and less noticeable. It seems that grocery store checkers are the ones to ALWAYS ask "what happened to her eye!?". I don't even notice it anymore to be honest with you. When it's gone, it's gone. The best part about it being gone will be not having to try and explain what a hemangioma is in 3 seconds or less to total strangers that won't remember or care no matter what I say lol. =)
So just a few pics for now, at some point this month I'll try to figure out her official "9 month-ish" shoot. I have some ideas.
Enjoy.
